The previously reported login issues and latency affecting the NICE platform appear to be resolved at this time.
BluIP continues to monitor the platform for stability in coordination with NICE engineering and support team.

A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be provided upon request once this incident is fully closed from NICE engineering.

Investigating
BluIP has received reports of users experiencing intermittent login failures and increased latency when accessing the NICE platform.
We have engaged NICE support, and their engineering teams are actively investigating and working toward resolution.
At this time, the issue isolated to the NICE platform. BluIP core voice services remain operational.
