BluIP will be performing a scheduled upgrade to the physical hardware supporting our core application servers. This maintenance is part of our ongoing infrastructure lifecycle management to enhance long-term performance, stability, and system capacity.

Duration: 6 Hours

Impact:
No service impact is expected. All voice services, applications, and integrations are expected to be fully operational throughout the maintenance window. Redundant systems will continue handling all workloads while hardware upgrades are performed.

Our Engineering Team will be actively monitoring the environment throughout the process.
