BluIP will be conducting scheduled maintenance to implement upgrades within our core security infrastructure. These enhancements are part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the security posture, resilience, and long-term stability of the BluIP platform.
Service Impact: No service disruption is anticipated due to the redundancy and high-availability architecture deployed across the BluIP environment. However, during the maintenance window, brief and intermittent periods may occur where access to certain BluIP infrastructure resources or administrative interfaces may be temporarily unreachable while traffic transitions between redundant systems.
***Voice services and call processing will not be affected by these security updates, and all other customer-facing services are expected to remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window.***
The Engineering Team will actively monitor all systems throughout the maintenance window to ensure continued operational stability.
