BluIP will be performing software maintenance and updates for the Recorder servers (Call Recording Platform). There will be a brief disruption to call recording PLAYBACK at https://recorder.masteraccess.com (15 minutes approximately) during this maintenance window. All calls will be recorded as usual during this time.
